-Front squats
-deadlifts
-cleans
-snatches
-barbell rows
-lunges
-pistols
-dips
-pullups
-millitary press/push-press
Note: Why no bench-press ? Unless you’re a powerlifter, you don’t need to bench near as often as you should be doing millitary presses and weighted dips for your chest/shoulder development.
