1 or 2 Bands and a Platform for Home Gym?

Hi All,

Just trying to wrap up my home gym, and had to run 2 things by y’all.

A-I’ve messed around with Iron woody bands when I wanted a break from my normal program, bill Starr 5x5. Typically I only use one band and wrap around my back or shoulders which presents limits. I was curious as to if anyone hear every doubled in on iron woody bands and a barbell when exercising? I.E. 1
Orange band on one side of the barbell/arm and on the other side/my left. Think I know the answer here.

B-The above question was more to set the stage here. Im considering buying this:

Anyone have it? I’ve read that if you have up to 200lbs of pressure on a peg, and I might have 2 200 lbs on 2 separate pegs, that could pose a problem.

C- lastly, I’m considering adding 2 3x3 cross members to my Titan T2 71’ power rack, which is a 2x2. Thought process being it will allow
Me to add more things later as most things are 3x3 compatible. Angie. Ever mixed and matched a 2x2 and 3x3?
