1 Month Update: Bulking as a Fatty

How it started:
5"9, 203lbs, hadn’t trained in years and had gained around 45-50lbs.




How it’s going:
5"9, 214bs, training 5x weekly and eating in a 600+ surplus on average.



Weight gain graph:
I believe the initial 8lbs was water/glycogen, the other 3lbs was muscle/fat

Summary:

This is on a cycle that was not advised and shouldn’t have been started. Will continue this for another 15 weeks and then cruise/cut.

Physical: Strength gains, increased recovery, stomach/chest acne, night sweats, hard nipples.

Psychological: Mood swings (still dialing in adex), insane libido, increased confidence.

How old are you?
Prob not a great idea man. 20 weeks gonna be tough to recover from.
