You sound very similar to where I was at 4 weeks. Things will even out in the next 3 to 4 weeks so hang in there till then. Around your 7 week appointment you’ll have a better sense of where you are at and how well the sustonin is working for you.

Don’t change anything until then. Everyone is different and weekly injections work just fine for some but any change to your protocol will take 6 to 8 weeks to take effect so you need to wait that long, see how you feel then adjust.

Worst thing you can do is switch protocols after a few weeks without seeing the change through. It can take months to get dialed in but being patient is the best option.

Thanks mate, out of interest do you think those needles above would be ok to inject.

they will work but will be slow to fill. Not many guys use 30g because of how slow they are, but they do work. Some oils are thicker (thus slower to fill) then others. Not sure what oil your Sustanon is in.

I use a 28g needle with cottonseed oil (which is one of the heavier options) it takes over a minute to fill and about 15 seconds to inject. I don’t mind taking my time so I have a smaller needle and only use one needle.
