Hi i have been a member here for some time now, Hello to the rest of you guys in the same boat as me.

Okay i will dive right in i started on testosterone cream, Great for Libido enhancement because of Super high DHT conversion rubbing onto scrotum area, for me i still had zero strength or energy months on it so i moved onto Injectables.

1st Testosterone was Enanthate from beginning of Sept to beginning of Octobe 1month on Test E.

*2nd Test now & Current protocol is Sustanon 250 real one from Pharmacy. i take twice weekly like (Enanthate) but every 5 DAYS at 0.4ml for a Total of 200mg’s Per week.

By the way i only used H.C.G in 1st month of injecting i really felt odd weird, i also had swelling pains. IDK but i am off that stuff since 2 months

It has now been *2 months almost 9 Weeks, purely on this SUSTANON 250, Now here are my PROBLEMS, is Lower Libido now, plus some joint pains here & there which makes me think it isn’t the Estrogen too high, i have had zero Nipple reactions this past week, however i haven’t ran any LABWORK at all in entire duration on Sust 250 in the entire 2 months.

I have countless Bills coming up to the new year, and i have to pay privately, i am under a private T.R.T doctor, my TESTES are softer in general, does this HAPPEN without any HCG backup or with Sustanon 250.

They feel a lot SOFTER the (GEMS) on Sustanon you know that feeling sometimes when extremely HORNY or Aroused i also believe it could be LOW FREE TESTOSTERONE as maybe my S.H.B.G Could dropped LOW Making my T.R.T treatment less effective???

That is just my THEORY**though, however my MENTAL energy is great not a Low Testosterone feeling & my Strength fine, what i mean is they are Soft quite often, not all the Time as they have FILLED up Hard & during that time my TESTES is usually when i need Relief around then yes but it’s not happened 2 MUCH on this Sustanon. I like to Quote on my PERFECT 1 month protocol of Test ENANTHATE i was doing just 50mg every 3.5 days protocol, didn’t need zero A.I & my Balls always felt FULL & Hardened.

Could it be possibly that too much Estrogen can also cause bone pains? because the Imbalance, and if the ESTROGEN taking over my FREE Testosterone could that make my balls SOFT on T.R.T or could this be infact also atrophy has any men on this forum experienced Softer testicles on T.R.T without the H.C.G? or imbalance of SHBG.

I like to mention from my own personal experience on the short time i was on HCG, i felt weird however my BALLS were super HARD and everything stimulated my end of Penis not the balls, but rather tip of it yes.

Does any men get that complaint here while on T.R.T without HCG? Which also helps refill DHEA pathways. i am however now on a 4 ESTER Testosterone blend (SUSTANON) totally different from what i was initially taking, YES there is way more balance on Enanthate and yes the price is lot Higher on Private Script. Also my balls on Enanthate even won’t constantly hard even when i had dialled in some on it.

WHY??? does this event not HAPPEN as often, as our bodies natural endogenous natural TESTOSTERONE??? before i even had this *Hypogonadism i had constant LIBIDO every single day & as you would IMAGINE" all my male hormones were in tune (ANDROGENIC Homeostasis) now my LIBIDO is not constant over 12 WEEKS 3 months on Synthetic injecting TESTOSTERONE & i miss very much having my BALLS hard on a DAILY with libido its verging on Depression & suicide even though i am not that type of guy.

I will do labs, on Total T, estrogen & SHBG, if them two come back normal also with Free Testosterone, i will be dumb founded

There must be a reason why the TESTICLES can’t stay firm Daily??? & an improved desire for SEX??? on Injecting this Exogenous Testosterone? Also other guys have other theories for their concerns but i am lost,depressed & miserably feeling.

I heard of others responding Way better with H.C.G included on T.R.T whole time for Libido, i still unsure if i fall into that category yet, also i need to check out Enanthate again later on, maybe my body disagrees this Sust blend.

Low SHBG means higher free testosterone.

The opposite, crashed E2 can result in joint pain.

Exogenous testosterone causes testicular atrophy buy shutting down your HPTA.

Thanks @highpull brother, when exactly if ever u had softer testicles slamming shots of TEST in you without HCG? or you always took it on the testosterone? i know good 70% Men don’t bother at all, and think their LIBIDO will run perfect for next 10 years with no LEYDIG stimulation yeah. is Crazy to think that.

Always.

No. The only reasons to take hCG are a restart going off test, maintaining fertility while on test, maintaining testicle size while on test, or both.

Thing is real T.R.T is Nonstop no breaks, this isn’t an steroid cycle But treatment for hypogonadism condition wherever you fall into primary or 2nd type. Stimulation best way is probs HCG on test, i guess i should give it chance again as i am Married with no kids, but i do have a 7 year old Son from an ex G.F when i had normal hormones was 24 yrs old when had my boy he’s awesome but EX’S are weird man yes.

Oddly i took higher dose of Enanthate bro one time, it did boost libido further up, however i have to be on healthy T.R.T protocol we all know too well we gonna screw up our Hematocrit by ramping up the dose. i believe Enanthate though feels SUPERIOR to Sustanon now i been on the two, IDK if other guys will say same as for them some just take Sustanon whole time.

I would use enanthate with hCG and have your blood tested to evaluate E2.

Yeah thanks for asking, i been on T.R.T purely Injections for just over 1 year now. 1 year and 1 month as of now, no problems really with erectile stuff as of lately. i am currently on Sustanon 190mg per week 95mg x2 Sustanon shot every every 5-6 days i don’t know if for some guys on TRT that is still High dose therapy or not, but mostly for me by the 5th day always need take another 95mg as i am feeling lowered energy and brain fog starts to appear My metabolism is naturally fast.

Estrogen can be a slightly more higher for longer on
Pharma doc prescribed Sustanon than on Test enanthate man, but it’s what i can afford at the moment.

I am very Curious & want to know if it’s possibly a smart idea to go back to my original natural production I wondered if i tried HCG Mono for 3 months straight i would be able to function after coming off HCG mono and if my testes worked again.

Ain’t entirely sure if its worth a go. but Never know until try it.

Apart from that injections are fine i am always SubQ now. I had painful shots in the deltoids after doing it so many times in that muscle for 10 months before 2 months on Subq. Subq helps E2 levels stay more balanced too i did notice providing less nipple sensitivity or pain/enlargement either.

If you are feeling the decline in levels before you inject can you not bring injections closer together? Like every 3 instead.

I’m the same, my GI doctor told me my digestive process is faster than usual. He had me eat an egg sandwich with radioactive iodine and did an MRI every 30 minutes for 3 hours.

95mg every 5-6 days is certainly not 190mg per week. More like 130’ish

If you find real pharmaceutical Sustanon, it if it says 250mg of test per 1ML ampoule bottle it will be 100% measured at 250MG per bottle more than likely.

I never do the UGL stuff bro but prescribed Sustanon so half of 250mg is 125mg. i am actually injecting 0.4ml twice a week so 0.4ml = 100mg x2 = 200mg testosterone per week. from Real prescription not Underground under dosed possibly unsterile stuff. I feel it work straight away within 3 hours from the propionate. But it does wear off quicker on some people Sustanon can, me being one of them man. @ncsugrad2002

200mg total of test in a week period of 7 days is kinda highish as our male bodies literally maybe max out at 95-105 mg naturally. But some slim guys my weight in the 160 pounds even do 250mg to 300mg Testosterone per week for years for their TRT. personally if you dudes go past 275mg+ test weekly verging on anabolic building dose then. But some guys need 250mg minimum to function too whilst on TRT.

100mg exactly every 5 days (120 hours) is decent, but with Enanthate you need to run less than 200mg per week, i would only do 150mg of properly dosed enanthate, rarely did i run it at 200mg bro.

I wonder if some guys here in US/UK still do 250mg or more doses in their treatment protocol?

I’m confused. You said you are injecting every 5-6 days but then say you are injecting twice a week. If you are injecting every 5-6 days then you are not getting 200mg a week like @ncsugrad2002 stated because that is not twice a week. That means your getting 200mg every 10-12 days not a week.

from 1st shot to next shot is a 5 day gap. and i am injecting 2 shots before 7 days is up.

That isn’t 2 shots per week and it isn’t 200mg per week. The math is just flat out wrong.

100mg every 5 days is 20mg/day

X 7 days a week = 140mg/week.

I’m not saying this isn’t enough or that your T isn’t real or any of the other stuff you’re responding to. Just that the way you’re saying it is inaccurate.

As stated already, while you have some calendar weeks where you inject twice, you also have ones where you only inject once, so it averages out to 140mg per 7 days in the end.

So basically injecting every 3.5 DAYS is the only Real twice a week protocol right? injecting anything Over 3.5 days = once a week then right? correct Guys yes? with current dose i get levels of 1200-1050 on 4th day or so. after injection. But usually is always around 1100 max. Maybe it should reflect higher i don’t know. My SHBG is okay at around 27 or so atm.

Since my protocol is slightly under twice a week maybe if i inject 0.5ml of Sustanon 250 which is 125mg testosterone per shot, i will get less of the brain fog, before upcoming next Jab is due.

so instead of 100mg shot, add extra 25mg testosterone. but as of injecting 0.4ml 100mg sustanon shots i get ranges 1200-1050 on 4th day after it.

I think Test enanthate from my experience has a slightly better delay when releasing it. Because of Sustanon’s propionate being activated right away. Although Sustanon’s other esters have up to 9 days half life. But most of the test is already metabolised by 6th or 7th day in my personal experience.

Is anybody here from U.K and using Sustanon? or are you from U.S and use purely Cypionate?

Yes that part you’re right bro with the Above what you said. i would have to inject 100mg SUST every 3.5 days then will be 200mg weekly.
