Z-12 and ZMA

with Z-12 I sleep like a log, and with ZMA I have freaky dreams

I also like Superfood because I like knowing I am getting in all my veggie/fruit needs a day

So with work, school, and a must of getting my workouts and training in I can only average about 6 hours a sleep a night. Do you think Z-12 would still help me feeling refreshed and getting a good nights sleep. Right now Im dead as can be when I wake up at 530…seriously like I want to kill someone im so misserable

I’m not sure exactly who it was but one of the designers of Z-12 chimed in to the Z-12 thread early on and said he sees the most benefit when he has minimal time to get extended sleep. Personally, I prefer taking it when I get a lot of sleep because, for me at least, if I’m getting minimal sleep I figure I’m getting screwed anyways. However, I have taken it when I could only get 5-6 hours of sleep (like during exams) and it definitely helps quality of sleep. I really really enjoy this supplement, especially in conjunction with ZMA.

I really wish I had alot of these products back when I played football in college, Lord knows it would have helped out alot. I think I might try Surge Workout Fuel soon, people’s reviews of it seem pretty interesting.

Believe it or not the ZMA is actually my favorite Biotest product. Within 3 nights I was getting better rested which I think is something I underrated for far too long. I’ve gotten some of my friends on the ZMA and pretty much one-for-one it directly improves sleep quality which indirectly improves recovery, strength, muscle gain, fat loss, etc., etc., etc.

I assume that most experieced lifters use ZMA religiously but if you are more of a beginner like me and you neglected this product you will really be pleased especially given the ridiculously low cost.

Superfood was really good.

Superfood is the shit, it’s one product that improves my feeling of well being once I drink it.

Surge Recovery. I’ve been using that stuff for about two years now. I honestly don’t think you can beat the taste and satisfaction you get from it after a hard workout, it brings me back to life when I am shaking and feel woozey…

has anyone experienced success with Alpha Male?

I’ve recommended Alpha Male to a couple of guys at the gym
and they’ve been able to drop the blue ‘love mints’ from
their stack.

you look too young to get a good use of it. I am just assuming from your avatar pic and the age of guys in the pic.

Well I’m 21- do you think that is too young because my T levels are still naturally high?

That all depends, are you’re T levels naturally high?

Just because they are for most guys your age doesn’t mean they necessarily are for you.

The Spike Family FTW.

Although I liked drinking Surge Workout Fuel throughout my workouts, I don’t think it benefited me in any way, and my logbook says the same (steady gains with and without), might experiment with it more later, but I’ve been through 3 jugs and I think I’m ok without.

But my fav’s are 11-T and HOT-ROX. 11-T isn’t like AAS, but it works. And HOT-ROX is what I alternate with my ECA stack, I think I get mentally more jacked from the HOT-ROX though!

Alpha GPC all the way. My lift weights have gone up by 10% easily and the reps feel “smoother”. I would try the Surge Workout Fuel…but at $50 a jar, there is no way I can afford that on top of everything else. :frowning:

Metabolic Drive bars are excellent

I’ll go with Surge Workout Fuel. Just ordered Alpha-GPC…

Currently use (for what its worth) Surge Workout Fuel, Surge Recovery, Metabolic Drive, Flameout, FINiBARs.

Spike tabs and Power Drive. For some reason the Spike drinks give me ZILCH!

Alpha Male, best t-booster i ve ever tried

The one I noticed most and fastest was 11-T. At 51 yrs old I had a hard-on nonstop untill the bottle ran out. My wife kept asking if I was 16 again
