i find it interesting that most of the beach musclers who post looking for a rating when asked about their squat and dead all conveniently have some sob story about a sore back.

SORRY DIDNT SEE, well in the line of business i am in i am always running around so i dont have much time.
wen i wake up i take 6eggs raw and OJ, before lunch i get a protein bar, lunch i usually eat chicken with veggys, then around 3 i eat tuna, 5-8 at the gym, after i have a shake, 9.30/10 i eat dinner:a stake with some rice veggys and fruits

Maybe it’s not everyones ambition in life to squat and dead huge numbers. I do both lifts consistently, but I don’t deride anyone who has built a decent looking physique with modest squat and dead numbers. Just as you stated about the sob story it seems like anyone who looks fairly decent is attacked for not squatting and deading huge numbers.

Hehe. I’ve been in Malaga, both in the centre and a bit east of at Ben’Agalbon the last 3 summers. I love that city, so much party and great weather.

Does your back spine feels bad or just the muscles in your back?

no my spine hurts today its been hard for me to bend and move around, now i no not to put so much stress on it lol

I totally agree that it isn’t everyones ambition to build a big squat and or dead lift and i am totally cool with that, it’s just whenever anyone only shows upper body pics and (in my opinion) is clearly training for beach muscle they make some excuse for no leg pics or having crappy ones.

i’d be much happier if people just stood up and said they had no interest in training legs rather then make up some stupid excuse!

My only point about the legs is symmetry. Why work out your upper body and not your lower body, unless you never wear shorts or get naked in front of someone. Just seems silly to me, but what the heck do I know???
