Oh hey sorry i haven’t checked in in awhile.
basically all i was doing was for bench was benching 5 times a week, I would go heavy 2 times a week, and lighter and higher reps the rest of the time.
i would only have 1 ‘chest day’ though, where i would do heavy dumbbell presses after bench press, then some lighter flyes.
I was doing triceps directly 3 times a week, on bench day, arms day, and OHP day.
