Ive noticed ive felt like ive been leaner/slimmer recently. I attribute this to me having been sick, and not eating much, which made my general appetite decrease, and it hasn’t really gone back up I think. Another probable factor is having not used the calorie tracker for awhile. Il weigh myself in a bit.
We have some frozen fruit in the freezer, I think I want to start eating more of them.
I am quite hungry this morning.
Its a bit wet outside, but if it dries out some I might think about riding my bike and getting some conditioning in. Just a little bit to get blood flowing.
I think this coming week I will try to get back into lifting again. Bench, Squat, and Pullups, as per operator. It all hinges around squat, if I can do that, I’m healed up enough.
In a related note, Is my Squat proportionally lower than it should be given my bench? 215 bench 1 rep and 275 squat 1 rep. I think my friend said It should be higher than that, since my bench was that high.
Yesterday I wasn’t feeling like existing, but I feel a bit better today.
I went to Ollie’s yesterday and I wish they had better books. Nearly all the nonfiction books are political and about either Trump, Biden, Obama, America, or China or something. I don’t think ANYBODY really wants to read those books. OOOOHHHH I get It now. Its Ollie’s, of course. All the good books they can’t get cheap. Still, I hate all the stupid political books. They aren’t getting any new nonfiction because nobody wants to buy these!
Jim Wendler had a good quote about this idea (paraphrasing) - if you squat 1000lb and bench 1000lb, who cares about proportions. Just keep getting stronger.
I had fun today, I got to play outside with the neighbors kiddos.
I need to drill this into my head.

I think a lot of times, I don’t do stuff or have fun because “what’s the point, there’s no reason”. But I need to remember; fun doesn’t HAVE a reason! Its fun!
In other news, I want a meat based breakfast cereal. THAT would get me excited in the morning! Honey Bunches of Ham, Chicken flakes, Beef flakes, Frosted mini hams, Beef crispies, Chicken Loops/Chicken Jacks, etc. The logistics might be difficult, you would have to refrigerate it unless its like a jerky. Oh, just do jerky!
Pemmic-o’s would be a suitable name. Or Honey Bunches of Pemmican. Or any pun combining pemmican and a cereal name.
Ive never had either, but I want to try them. Especially pork rinds, they sound really good. Plus according to Wikipedia, " a 28-gram (1 oz) serving [of pork rinds] contains nine times the protein and less fat than is found in a serving of potato chips" So that sounds great.
Pork rinds are definitely more accessible than pemmican. You can find it as gas stations and other spots. I enjoy them. I prefer cracklin’ more than pork rinds, if given the choice.
Today we have the egg hunt. Not the most excited but, oh well. Still will do it.
I had this weird dream where I was outside, and 11 turtle-ducks came to me. 9 of them were normal, but 2 of them were blue with silver colored spikes. I tried petting one, but it said “No touching me!” and then it bit the chair I was sitting on, as well as my shirt. In the dream, I could not for the LIFE of me figure out what species they were!
I need to get the shower cleaned today. Its getting gross.
Misunderstood lyrics are my favorite. Those and common phrases that people say wrong. Like, I have a friend who says making a mountain out of a mole hole instead of mole hill.
