8 x 3 x 315 every minute on the minute–this was technically supposed to be 296 AKA 65% but 3 plates just seems like the minimum. These EMOTM sets are so efficient! I didnt really feel like i was working untilthe last 2 sets, but I feel it today

My gym had a big competition on Saturday so no training for me. I got a much needed deep tissue massage instead

My foot had been aching to the point where I was limping. I don’t know what I have a pain on the bottom arch (center of the foot) that was throbbing so I called it a day.

I was feeling pretty terrible (more mental than physical) and my foot/ankle continued to hurt so I called it day

the rest of the week and xmas week got pretty derailed, holiday, life etc., so I went with it and called a deload. Monday of xmas week I deadlifted, supposed to be 5 x 2 @ 80% but the lack of sleep “socializing” and stress it was a suckfest.

so the last week and half has been kind of funny. Training is going well, and I just got out of the habit of logging…then the great change of 2016 happened here so I got thrown off again.

Highlights of the last week or so…
I crushed an 8 x 3 EMOM set on Deads,@ 315
finally got a PR on the log, now at 225. I had to fight for the press but I got it.
