I always come back to bodybuilding stuff. Maybe not a specific routine, but i like incorporating high intensity stuff. The last few years when i come back to it, it has john meadows influences. I got my initial training knowledge through bodybuilding stuff, went on to try distance running, crossfit and powerlifting over the years but always come back to bbing. I also have a love for strongman stuff, but i havent always had the equipment to do much about it until this past year, but im not strictly training strongman…im only doing strongman stuff on the weekend and bbing stuff during the week.

Very effective.
Books are a great read as they break down a lot of complex information so that it’s very digestible.
It’s one of those programs where the biggest takeaway is the principles as opposed to the results, which are fucking awesome by the way
