For the record, I may actually be in a segment of the new FST-7 video, they were filming at my old gym one time.
I can’t say for sure, though, as I can’t justify dropping that much money on a system I’m not sure I’ll ever use. ![]()

I pre ordered it and some crackbaby stole it from my mailbox.
I will order it again whenever I go to coinstar…if the change totals 39.99 plus tax .
The first dvd was worth the money because of a scene with jay and Phil…it shows how socially awkward they both are. Hilarious at an in and out burger.
The new one has kuclo in it so im sure its even more entertaining.
Also…
For nutrition, John Berardi hands down.
For training: Dan John, John Meadows, and Thibs (particularly like Thibs for introducing novel, effective exercises that I’d actually DO at my gym, rather than “vest-weighted TRX-suspended elastic-assisted kettlebell whammies”)
Bret Contreras has interested me and I intend to read more of his stuff.
Kind of torn on Poliquin - he’s a paradoxical mix of genius-level training advice and complete batshit insanity.
