Your Eating Oddities

Most people think the amount of oats I eat is crazy. I can not get enough of it hot or cold,I have so many different combinations I could write a small cookcook on it.

I also love brussel sprouts and sauerkraut, at certain times of the day my family can’t stand being in the house do to the smell. As for raw tomatoes I don’t mind them in small amounts, I do however eat 6-8 oz of tomato paste a day.

I don’t do paste, but I go through a bottle of unsweetened organic ketchup every day or two.

When I was a kid I could eat a raw chicken drumstick, needless to say I had no friends.
lol. Sorry, this was just funny.

I eat this salad every day: Spinach, slivered olives (this is weird because I HATE OLIVES BY THEMSELVES!!!), feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil. Probably the best salad ever. Feta cheese is fucking awesome.

Almost the same salad I eat all the time except I throw in some tomatoes and use kalamata olives instead.

I’m laughing at all the tomater haters! I ate one just for you all! Raw, whole, and eaten just like an apple…I stand over the sink with my little salt shaker, letting the seeds ooze out…mmmm, yummeh!
And now I’m eating turkey meatballs smothered in ketchup

Haha i do this too, only ones out of the garden though. Sometimes farmers market too, store bought ones are just bland and i don’t like them.

i absolutely love cottage cheese, i can down bucket after bucket without a problem and i’ll eat it with just about anything, though i normally mix it with flax meal and/or PB before bed

To my fellow tomato lovers try this (if you don’t do something similar already):

2-4 handfulls of garden-fresh cherry tomatoes, cut in half and salted (fresh cracked black pepper too if you like it)
1 large handful of fresh basil leaves torn or chopped
1 large handful of kalmata olives, pitted
1-2 tablespoons each of olive oil and red wine vinegar (or balsamic vinegar) depending on size and individual taste
2-4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 handful of crumbled feta (optional, leave it out if you’re cutting)

mix it all up and eat it along side a bbq’d chicken breast, tuna, beef or bison steak

I go through long cycles of eating tons of scrambled eggs (10/day) and then eating none for months at a time because I’m so sick of them.

hmmm-not a regular thing but the fried tarantulas in cambodia were pretty odd but quite moorish…

I use to mix almonds, cooked oatmeal, and 2% cottage cheese in a bowl and eat it every night before bed.

Stu: Just wanted to say I ordered Power Butter… it’s damn addictive!!! I love the slight crunch in it. Where do you like to order it from?
LOL, I know right?! I’ve gotten it from several different places in the past. This time I found a site that offered the 4 lb Tubs of it (got two!) and just looked for the cheapest shipping (don’t really want to plug another site on here)

I’m almost positive that tomato’s are alkaline in nature.

Tomatoes are acidic with a Ph of 4 - 5.

I love tomatoes and when they’re in season, I’ll eat a dozen or so a day. Today, I had 3 (crappy) vine-ripened ones in my salad with dinner. I’ll eat them like an apple and sprinkle Kosher salt over each bite just before I lift it to my mouth. According to my girlfriend, she thinks there’s a positive correlation between tomato-loving and the enthusiasm with which one goes down on a chick. I’m not sayin, I’m just sayin…
