How about a new rule : ’ You can only post in the Bodybuilding forums if you a) have a picture of yourself as your avatar or b) there are pictures of you on your profile. If not, GTFO. The only exception is the net’s biggest faceless bodyless tricep-KJ, Cephalic_carnage.
Biggest Win:
1)Overcoming a near death experience, and forming a complete turn around in bodytype, as i was a tub o blubber.
2)Not listening to the “You cants” or “Nu uhs”
3)My inability to be content, the ever growing desire for growth.
Then Physically-
4) having XLs tight on me
5) the day i measured 20 on my arms.
6)the feeling i get when i see results or changes in my physique.
