Obviously,

  1. Preacher curls
  2. Skullcrushers
  3. Lateral raises

The only muscles that matter anyway. Besides, your legs get enough of a workout from cardio.

Awwwwww yeah

Back Squats, BB Row, Bench.
Rotate deads in and out.
Lots of pull ups and dips. Bw exercises should always be done no matter what though so this should be a given.

Comp lifts aside:

Back Squat
Strict OH Press
Pendlay Row

Bench press
Deadlift
Weighted pullups/chinups

Feels validates because jacked guy focuses on same lifts

Military Press
High Pulls
Back Squats

Its really a big 4 for me though, with Neutral Grip Pull-ups.

Not really sure what it entails to be my ‘Big 3’, but the movements I’ve enjoyed the most since starting training and/or seem to consistently be common denominators when I make the most progress are:

Back Squat (for me, a hybrid of kind of PL’ing and Oly style)
Floor Press
Deficit Deadlifts

Also feel these are the movements that feel most ‘natural’ to me, and could honestly do them 3-4x a week, with just a little extra stuff to keep shoulders/back healthy, and make decent progress.

Deadlift
Pull-ups
Bench press

Back Squat
Bench
Weighted Chins

1.) weighted dips
2.) weighted chins
3.) conventional deadlifts

1.) Deadlift
2.) Strict Press
3.) Squat

Something about putting heavy weight over my head appeals to me way more than benching.

Decline bench

Rack Pulls

Hack Squat

Hmm, I’d have to go with incline db curls, hammer curls, and barbell curls.

Lol, it’d be squat, incline barbell bench, and deadlifts for me.
