well I did 5X5 Deads with 365 (no straps) today, and i’m 185lbs haha.
I don’t think The weight training sessions your doing is not goin to hamper with your recovery. The body is too good at getting stronger, some people more than others. Your in your prime. The Body adapts if you consistently push it. Though you should go by how you feel, if your overtraining or not and ride the fine line of balancing that while pushing your recovery capabilities.

Those would work, throw in some jumps to box from seated position… regular plyo work. Focus on landing soft. As long as the cardio is just extra its cool. Just remember your sport is extremely anaerobic in nature. Train recovery. Just my 2 cents.
