Awhile back I posted asking if my deadlift was meet worthy, and you guys gave me some pretty encouraging words. Motivated me to start training specifically for the sport. As of today I squat 395# with belt and 2m knee wraps, deadlift 425# with belt, and bench 290# raw touch and go (still working on the pause press) all at 145# or less.
Just wanted to thank you guys for the motivation, and I’m looking forward to competing very soon.
