My training ADD along with my aversion to pain kicked in today and I completely revamped my workout, a real shocker I know, I am beginning to think that I shouldn’t even plan my training, I should just go to the gym and do whatever the hell I feel like that day, so with that in mind I did this today, tomorrow may be very different of very similar.

Today was just designed to get some work in, I kept it all really light and just got the blood flowing, tomorrow will be heavier I believe.

Plans were easier 25 years ago, unfortunately those plans often ended with a hangover, “plans” to get stronger are more clearly defined as “wishes” nowadays.

So my gym has been closed since 10/1, subsequently I have been looking for a new gym that would fit my needs, strangely I found it It has everything I need and want (lots of weights, prowlers, racks and benches with band pegs, kettlebells, oly platforms etc and things I like MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing etc and things that would be cool if I were less an enemy of gravity i.e. rock climbing walls, pools etc. I love it, joined yesterday and had a relaxing training session today. I have hopefully included pictures, like it is my baby
