They work the abs when you load them a bit. Doesn’t have to be much, but once you hit 100 lbs or so your abs definitely notice.
The time of steroids is almost upon us. Routine will be as follows:
Chest/Back
Bench - heavy, like 5x5 or something
Machine Chest Supported Row - this’ll get the DC rest-pause treatment
Incline Dumbbell Press superset with Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows - typical bodybuilding 5x10 or similar
Machine chest Press - couple of feeder sets then some horrible dropset, intensity technique
Pulldowns - also some horrible drop set type thing
Off Day
Shoulders/Arms
Rear Delts - 5 sets, minute rest
Laterals - 5 sets, minute rest
Plate Raises - 50 reps total
Pushdowns Superset with Reverse Cable Curls - high reps, short rest
PJRs Superset with Hammer Curls - high reps, short rest
Off Day
Legs
Front Squat GVT style
Leg Curls - some kind of horrible drop set, rest-pause whatever
Abs
Off
Repeat…
Cardio will be done on off days, core work will either be done at the end of weights workouts or on cardio days. I’ve not decided yet. Depends how long my chest/back day takes.
I’m using the 12 weeks or so I’ll be on to try and bring up my lagging shoulders and arms, hence pairing chest and back together.

I love the look of that, but my schedule is such that I can’t really commit to certain workouts on certain days, so the day on/day off thing suits me because if I miss a day I just do the workout I was supposed to do that day on the day after.
I’ve also found that I grow best with a day at least between workouts. If I do two days back to back I need two days rest.
There’s some cool shit from there that I’ll incorporate though. Love the idea of flexing the target muscle in between sets. That must be agony.
haha, I thought someone might talk smack about my leg day. The high rep/low rest sort of makes it a cross between a leg day and an HIIT day. Hoping to get up to 10x10 with a minute rest on 120k front squats by the time the year is out.

So… talked to a buddy about clen. He told me he’d give me his, after telling me he would rather be fat than ever use again. Decided to hold off and try ephedra before I take the plunge. I’ve been using it for a few days now and took 50mg today, instead of 25, chasing it with a rockstar.
Probably wasn’t the smartest thing, as I had to drive for 5 hours for work.

I get up to 8 miggs, 2-3 times per day. I tolerate stims very well. First few days you should Titrate your dose up, to find and build your tolerance. Keep in mind that batch to batch, these RCs vary greatly.
