Yogi's Random Training Thoughts

Hey @Voxel, thought I’d better reply to here you here rather than cluttering up that other thread.

Things are going good! Body weight is holding steady but body composition is either improving oh my abs are just getting more developed. Haven’t trained my abs for years and now I’m hitting them like 4x a week and they’re looking awesome. Whoever would’ve thought that the key to having good abs would be to train them!
