an old training buddy from back in the day (leif s.) called an asked me to join a “fight” workout.
i taught him “squat” afterwards. had him do bb no plates for 5s, progressing on depth.

writing this log, been walking around a little today, my head feels like it is stuffed with cotton
been watching Youtube on my wake hours last days, a lot of red pill stuff, and that really messes with a man’s mind, i have the last few days come to loath women, which is not very good and fair i guess, considering that i have a wife and 4 daughters

Covid test positive. been sick from 01-Jan but only mild symptoms, though i felt really tired the first days.
