So ive been taking tamoxifen citrate 20mg a dose, as needed. maybe for 2 weeks or so then take a break untill it flares up again. this reduces the size of the lumps but does not completely get rid of them. i have no problem with it not being completely gone.
BUT i have started to notice that it doesnt work as well anymore. I just picked up arimadex a few days ago. but as ive been thinking about it, i remember hearing that arimadex isnt the greatest thing for you during a pct becuase it puts your body in to much of a estrogen deficit. I havnt done a cycle but just wondering if this is going to really screw my hormone imbalance up.
for those of you who dont understand why i am asking this. In my mind a see a connection between coming off a cycle and being natural. i think backwards a lot, who knows.
i know you guys already told me that nolva arimadex and letro would get rid of my gyno but im just curious as to what arimadex is going to do to me.
Here’s what I don’t get… Why are you worried about being on adex during pct AND worried about gyno during PCT? Unless you are still injecting the gyno shouldn’t be an issue.
So why don’t you try re-writing that so it’s more chronological because I am completely lost, lol.
so just to clarify, are you currently undergoing PCT?
if yes, then keep running the nolva(tamoxifen), suggest upping the dose to 40mg daily for 2 weeks, then back down to 20mg for 2 weeks.
Thats how a nolva pct would work for me.
I personally would avoid the use of letro femara during pct as the estrogen rebound can be quite frightful. I would wait until you feel you are completely recovered from your cycle, give it 2 weeks then use very sparingly.
nope, all natural here man. ive had gyno naturally since i was about 13. the nolva has stopped working though and im wondering if arimadex is to strong for me since im 18 and natural.

That stuff is for steroid users, there is absolutely no reason for you to take it if you aren’t on steroids. Stop and go to a doctor if it’s a problem. Seriously, this is one of the worst ideas I have ever seen ever.
ok… arimadex, will it or will it not cause to much of a drop in estro. and if it does what are the effects of very low estro. i am not on steroids nor have i ever been.
I don’t see the point in adding in arimidex at all. The purpose of arimidex is to stop the conversion of excess testosterone to estrogen. Since you have never taken AAS, I don’t see how this is going to do a damn thing for you. If you are determined to use something (and from your pictures I still cannot see any real reason for worrying about it so much), I would reluctantly use letro for a couple of months, and taper off of it very slowly. However, if I were you, I wouldn’t do anything, because I’m pretty sure you are the only person in the world who notices anything other than a great physique.
there are some that claim to have eliminated gyno with letrozole which drops you estrogen levels extremely low. there are a number of problems with this (screws with libido, joints, HDL/LDL ratio) but if you can eliminate the problem with 2 months use and then never have to use it again some find it a worthwhile venture.
I haven’t tried this but I have thought about it. I would recommend you research it heavily if you do plan to try it.
either way if you use adex or letro I recommend slowly tapering off it so that you don’t end up with rebound gyno (when you drop levels very low you will be upregulating the receptors because of the very low levels, if you then have the estrogen come crashing back it will lead to gyno)…
