was thinking of running AIFM throughout my whole cycle and maybe 10mg of nolva ed. Gonna do a 10 week cycle of test-e. Had gyno in the teens so i would rather loose some gains than gain tits u know.

You know the answer to this question will vary greatly depending on the dosage right?
yea sorry meant to say test e 500mg a week
Theoretically if you use a proper AI than a SERM like Nolva becomes at best an unnecessary ineffective add-on and at worst a complete waste.
Having gyno as a teen is quite concerning though. 10mg’s of Nolva normally is adequate to dampen gyno conditions on just 500mg’s week of Test.
I have no personal experience with AIFM and have heard mixed reviews about it. If you truly want to not deal with gyno you might want to consider a proven AI like A-dex or the Letro. Letro is the most effective for eliminating gyno.

Read this article, it will answer all your questions.

Don’t forget your grain of salt

hahaha! Is that applicable to anthony roberts’ writing only or these articles in general?
What the hell is AIFM?
I went to the web site. All I know that it has is some dhea, and ATD.
Maybe I’m showing my ignorance here, but what the hell is ATD?
I would stick to what works, especially if you have prior bouts with gyno.
I don’t know what AIFM is either. I thought that meant Aromatase Inhibitor FeMara. But that is quite a retarded way of saying “letrozole”. So I guess I am wrong. I get the feeling that this AIFM is some crappy anti-estrogen supplement. And that makes me think that the nolvadex isn’t real either.
To answer the question. Take adex (anastrozole). Use that at 0.5-1mg everday or every-other-day throughout the cycle. Most people start with 0.5mg EOD and increase if they feel needed. But if you are hypersensitive to androgens, go with .5mg ED.
You can use the nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) after the cycle for PCT at 20-30mg per day.
Aromatase Inhibitor For Men = AIFM
A transdermal AI. As aforementioned it is probably better to go with the proven Adex or letro. Let some one who has not had gyno issues be a guinea pig
Accordoing to the site ATD is 1,4,6 androstatriene-3,17-dione. Not that I know what the hell that is. But I’ve read about allot of people on elite using it.
A good friend just completed a cycle using AIFM as his AI. He had absolutely no E related sides. He only had good things to say about it. That is my only experience with AIFM however, I have never used it personally and I’m not sure that I really want to.
so if i run letrozole how much should i run through the cycle if im on 500mg of test-e a week.
i was thinking around .5mg ed to start then bump it up if see signs of gyno
Even with your previous gyno conditions, Letro has its own set of sides to deal with. Believe it that too little estrogen has its own problems.
I think Arimidex might be your best option. .25mg-.5mg ED

Go with anastrozole. Letro is a nuclear weapon when it comes to estrogen control. Much too powerful for 500mg of test. And as stated above, it has some side-effects; like reduced libido and lowering HDL.
What you guys that are anti-letro seem to be forgetting is that the OP has already stated he has had bouts with gyno before.
In normal situations - adex is enough. But I recommend letro in two cases:
-
Prior bouts with gyno
-
Converting cattle implants to test prop.
If it were me - I would go with letro first, and then switch to the adex if I started seeing evidence of bad/unhealthy side effects while on the letro.
But that’s just my opinion.
