I screwed myself with to much band work. I think its been close two months without a deload and I might need a mental break soon. In my off days I have to do a little more maintenance . Most likely this sunday I will take a week off/deload.

last year I tried training with singles and it burnt me out hard. the two max effort days a week is going good so far but I think I should take a week off back the weights down about two weeks and really give this experiment a chance.

I am seeing ai summarize on people posts which sucks. I came here for a training log not to be analyzed by ai so who knows how long I wilw continue to post.
