NOTES: This session kicked my facking ass, In order to warmup and lubricate my shoulder I did 5x5 MPs. I havent flat benched in about 6 weeks, because, well it facking hurts…after a 6 week layoff it hurts worse. Ive heard as you get older you get wiser but I seem to get dumber. Every set of flat bench gave me pain, so what do I do? I SLAP 3 Plates on the bar, I got one up because Im a major doucher. I swear everyone heard my left shoulder saying “bro WTF” while I was pressing. I AM DONE WITH THE FLAT BENCH, I swear!

Other than that German, this was awesome, these combo sets were awesome.

Nikki, I am gonna start training smarter, my back is all ganked up as is my shoulder and neck, I am always gonna try as hard as I can but my enthusiasm at times need to be tempered.

Joe, the sad thing is if I did burn all this crap espescially the books I wouldnt have lost that much money, for example textbooks that cost 50-70 bucks 10 years ago are now being sold for 4 bucks, or not wanted at all…fucking waste
