I haven’t done 1 arm DB OH presses in forever. Might not be a bad choice though, as I need some work on mobility/stability.

Seated OH stuff is easier because your back is supported, your core doesn’t have to work as hard, you can use leg drive just like a bench, and you can lean back and bring chest into play as well (because your back is supported).

NOTES: I am trying a new 8 week program under the tutelage of Germanone, it was hard not to max out today but my will was good and so was my back which made it harder not to pull more weight, but I trust Germanone and firmly believe slow and steady will win the race and keep my back limber…Overall I rowed my ass off today and it felt good.
I have no vids today but on another note, I was tired of all the playlists in my Ipod and I have about 3000 songs in there, so I just shuffled em, man do I have a wide range of tastes…

Kev, I basically wrap the bands around the bottom of the bench and then around my ankles and do leg raises, it tears my core up when I do slow controlled reps.
