I’m going to drop CGBP and strict press and go back to PP’ing 1x/week; my current routine is annoying TBH.

This is the first time in a while that I was feeling good with my zercher; all of the sets felt good despite having to shovel snow and eating little. 275 was particularly grueling because the bar was off-centered and threw me off (I adjusted it mid-set). Form might have been a little off too, but oh well.
Tried doing some DB snatches afterwards, but legs were too tired. Called it a day.

I went down the school weight room today for the hell of it. There were 25 some kids down there. I just did some reps on the deadlift with like 225, some push pressing and a little benching (everyone took turns doing the pre-chosen exercises). I’m going to skip this week’s push press workout. Also, there was so much wrong with this place, starting with the shitty, faded bars that I couldn’t figure out where to grip which fucked up my shoulders. I felt weak since I zerchered yesterday. But this is the last time that I’m going down to that hellhole.

Thanks dude. I’m planning on doing 300x5 in a cycle or two from now. If only deadlifting wasn’t my precious baby. 
They’re always from the floor; no racks available.
I also rest the bar on my thighs, so all reps are deadstart and legit depth is always guaranteed. The whole thing is honestly pretty dang brutal.

So I’ve noticed you’ve done deficit pulls and snatch grip DLs. How are you liking those? I’m thinking of giving them a shot because I completely suck off the floor.
