Alright. I’ll post a video tomorrow, I’m doing dynamic effort day tomorrow.

Had a good workout, I didn’t hit some crazy PR but I just felt good. Here it is:

Squat: 160x8x2
RDL: 205x6
Kroc Row: 75x20 (really thick handles on these DB’s) +10lb PR - 5 reps

There’s a video of me squatting, I workout at a commercial gym so I asked an old lady to record, so yeah. Don’t mind my voice, I’m 16, it’s fucked.

hahaha just prop the camera up somewhere next time. I usually grab a chair and prop my phone up on a couple of the small plates.

Whatever butt-wink you have is pretty minimal. Maybe focus a bit more on shoving your knees out? If your knees come in, I understand that it can cause your hips to impinge and your back to round a bit. (I don’t fully understand why, though I can post a link if you want)

I’m no expert, but I think you’re good to go.

I did that the first few recordings but it was a shit angle haha, usually macmade comes with me, but haven’t gone with him in weeks cause he’s a dumbass

It is minimal but it bothers me, not sure why. I went down really slowly in the video just to make sure I was pushing my knees out, usually I drop down pretty fast, but I find I get way less butt-wink if I go down slowly and really focus on tightening my lower back and pushing my knees out.

did some grip work again ALMOST closed my CoC #2, was soo close, after that I did some attempts on my 150lb gripper, and i was a hair away from crushing it, probably because I was attempting the CoC #2 before it but whatever. Then did 50 band pull apart thingies

External Rotations: 20x9 +5lb PR

Deficit Dead: 295x.75 (couldnt lock it out cause my grip sucks nuts)
Front Squat: 155x6 (PR 20)
Cable Rows: 140x10
Chins: 10

kay so my upper back also rounded like crazy during the deficit deads, so I’m gunna start doing more upper back work. and I’m gunna do rack pulls 1" below the knee for my next ME lower to work on my lockout and my grip with more weight.

Not gunna do my gripper stuff today I’m dead… but here’s what i did earlier:

bench: 110x8x3
OH press: 110x5 (PR + 1 rep)
Then I did random shit and left, just back stuff, some pullups, cable rows and external rotations but I dont remember what

RDL: 225x8 PR +20lb
DB row: 70x17
Chin ups: 17

edit: FORGOT TO MENTION. The squat and deadlift felt FAST AS FUCK. so increasing the weight on those for sure
