Okay so I decided to switch to some sort of split randomly :slight_smile: it goes like this

Sunday
Deadlift: work to a 1-5rm, back off set @ 70%
ohp: "
leg raises: 3x15-20

Tuesday
Bench: work to 1-5rm
cgbp: go for a higher rep max
pendlay row: ramp to 1x3-5

Thursday
Squat: work to 1-5rm, back off set @ 70%
rack pull: 5rm
planks: random

Okay so today went well

335x.5 … SO CLOSE I got it above the knee, but couldn’t lock it out

You sure those rack pulls are enuf volume? And why 245x1 after 355x1?

i was gunna do 245x8 but i was DEAD, i had to grind 245x1 haha. and the rack pulls arent enough volume, i couldnt do fuck all after the 355x1 squat, my body was dead. I think im going to do super light weight deadlifts for 5x10 or something, idk, but i need a light exercise for volume.

I think I’ll do goodmornings, because I do the least weight with those out of GM, RDL and rack pullzzzz

Nice and easy squat day :slight_smile: I went over the 3x5, did it for 8, I tried to keep 2-3 reps in the tank, unlike my bench, went all out and I really felt it.
