2 sets of 5 ring pushups & 2 sets of dips to warm up.

6 sets of 6 ring pushups w/ 90 lbs on my back, then 2 sets of 7 ring pushups w/ 90 lbs on my back. Feet elevated 13"

5 sets of 4 ring chinups, 1 set of 5 ring chinups

8 sets of 5 seated rows w/ 225 lbs.

2 sets of 10 (5 per arm) clean & press w/ 53 lb KB.

1 set of 30 (switch hands every 5) C & P w/ 53 lb KB.

Warmed up w/ 44 lb KB: 20 one-handed swings; switch hands every 5; 5 snatches per hand.

Tabata Snatches w/ 70 lb KB: 9 per arm, alternating arms.

Pulled up a HUGE papyrus stump for my girlfriend’s neighbors. It was about 6’ in diameter and a good 3+’ high and waterlogged. It was all I could do to pull it up out of its hole and, after boards were put beneath it to keep it from slipping back, push it up onto the lawn. MUCH heavier and more difficult than my deadlift PR of 555.

Nice to do something of real function.

Warmed up w/ 2 sets of 5 dips & 5 ring pushups.

10 circuits of:

6 ring pushups; feet elevated 13" & 90 lbs on my back.

4 ring chinups

5 seated rows w/ 225 lbs

Afterward:

5 sets of 5 C & P per arm: 50 total.

A buddy was deadlifting so I tried 405 on a lark. It came up like the weights were hollow. Very nice to have such a good, strong pull after not deadlifting for awhile.

You aren’t the only slow one. I didn’t even realise you had a log over here. It is, afterall, all about me :slight_smile:

The vibram 5 toe shoes look totally gay by the way.
