Hi, I’m semi new to the forums, been e-stalking the last month. Any who i’ve never really had a set workout program or workout really for that matter. I figure beginning a log and a program would be a wise thing for me to do, due to my lack of consistency and add…Well anyways on to my stats,Ive been lifting on and off for about a year and half, I’m 21 6’4 185, just lost about 10-15 pounds due to not being able to get to a gym, or keep a consistent diet. Right now my goals are to gain strength, speed, and weight for football.
The last time I tested my maxes, they were 275 for bench, 315 deadlift, and 225 squat (yeah i know strong lifts, especially squats :)) Well, I chose WS4sb3 for my program because I hear great things about it, and it seems to have a lot of carryover for football( who wouldve thought, lifting heavy ass weights would make you better at football) Thats all i got so far, any beginner tips for this program or anything would be extremley helpful.

Also, i need help picking out excercises that best carryover for benchpress deadlift and squat help appreciated.

Havn’t updated because i havnt done anything, looks like i’m going to be out of the gym for a week or two(no car, no money, no job).I Still want to get everything in order for when I do get back into the swing of things. Besides the questions above, I’d also like to know what yall think are some necessary supplements, Im planning on getting some more protein, creatine, and multi vitamins. Besides the things previously stated im not sure what else i should get if anything at all.
Help would be appreciated thanks all
