I read on your log that for Crossfit athletes you like to plan a ws4sb-ish strength block. Can you give some more insights in how you plan such a program/workout and for what kind of athletes it is appropriate?

It’s not really like WS4SB because I use more extended sets for the repetition method (rest-pause, clusters, etc) and also use the Olympic lifts.
