Wrist Size as a Predictor of Bicep Potential

Seriously ? Tell that to people with conditions like Cerebral Palsy who still train in the gym to become better versions of themselves. Weight training has benefits for literally everyone.

So that’s a “no”…

Who could’ve seen that coming?

I don’t think it’s genetics, but I do think it’s probably accurate to say that you’re “not meant for it.”

Well, I never said I would start training. I only started this thread to discuss how accurate frame size is as a predictor of one’s muscle potential.

Nobody is trying to change your mind man.

Its all good. Onward ho!

Yup. Im definitely not “meant for it”. But i do it anyway and am better than if i didn’t.
Im not going to be a billionaire either. Should i not pursue a decent career, since I’ll never be great?
But yeah why are you on this forum if you don’t want to lift. I do not care if you do or don’t. Literally just don’t visit this site and nobody will ever tell you to go lift.
This site exists for us to tell each other to lift.

I mean, resistance training improves almost everything in your life. “Not being meant for it” is dumb. You’re a human. Are you not meant for better health, well-being, and a higher quality of life if they’re available to you?

Using genetics as an excuse not to do something is literally one of the stupidest things anyone can do (unless it’s unsafe in any way).

You made the right choice, forget about it, be happy.

But how is the golf game?

People can go from your arms to impressive arms, but those people dont go about it the way you have. Its possible to make that transformation, but due to many factors other than wrist circumference and genetics its not possible that ‘you’ can do it. You do not have what it takes and you obviously do not want it enough, and thats perfectly fine. This isnt for everyone.

I never once questioned if i could achieve anything, i just wanted it enough and landed where ever i landed.

But, but… the calculator…

This has been fascinating

In the spirit of this thread, I’m going to make an account on Meso-Rx (steroid super forum) and post a thread asking how much steroids could benefit me.

Then 6 months later I’ll disclose that i don’t actually lift.

The accountability and indecision of the next generation scares me.

Congratulations, that is impressive. Do you know how much your arms measured before ?

Can i just ask why that is your question? Instead of…how did you approach arm training? What diet changes lead to gaining lean body mass? How long did it take? What would you do for the next year of training if you was in my position?

Okay. How long did it take ?

This fucker his hopeless.

Is this another way of say, “Is it worth it?”

IMO, you have zero chance of making most any progress in the weight room. Don’t waste your time.
