Would You Drink It?

Its not gold but it just seems like a waste to chuck em’ all away, like throwing/giving away a box of yummy chocolates. I mean who can say no to those…
Anyway with that being said, Its all going in the bin or someone else’s tummy.

However this brings me to another question.
I’m sure some of you are aware of how scientific research has determined the maximum amount of tuna/ tuna cans one should ingest in a week due to the ill effects of mercury poisoning. Theres a thread on that somewhere here…

Has any research been done to say how much one should limit oneself to soy so as not to suffer the ill consequences?

I mean we can’t entirely shun soy protein…or can we? I live with a japanese girlfriend and believe me when i say i’m surrounded by soy protein sources literally. I mean in most cases we all are aren’t we? Soy’s found in some gravy, stocks, sauces and some of our everyday food stuffs that we just don’t take notice of.

Just for the record, I try my utmost best to avoid soy. Its a bitch, i know.
What do you guys make of it?

One every couple of days isn’t going to hurt anyone, especially a poor ass student. Drink up!

Don’t know about the brawn part…it was built by the French.

i checked my label and it does say this
GNC brand 100% Whey protein contains “Milk and Soybeans”

Negligible traces that occur due to processing on the same conveyer belt or in the same factory. There will be some cross-contamination.

Oh good… that makes me feel much better…
(being serious not sarcastic)

Thanks for the info!

Give it back to him. Besides the soy, there’s 25g of sugar in there. Cane sugar! Why the fudge would you want to drink that anyway?

Cane sugar…hmmm…it might taste really good…

Give it back or throw it away!
