Nice work mate, way ahead of me. I regressed to 82.5kgx3 (from 5 last week) Strength was just off, I attribute this to heavy shoulder & tri work 3 days ago including 4 heavy sets of CGBP, they felt bang on but I think it took away from to days benching. Tricep strength is still going up though…
