Worst Form Ever Videos

Oh yes, time to try that “ignore” feature out.

challenge for you cerphalic_carnage, explain me this:

whereas this topic was made an instant sticky on bb.com (largest lifting board in the world), on tmuscle.com it is instantly moved to the misc section and the guy who created the topic on tmuscle.com gets attacked for saying it is wrong to lift with your back as bent as a bobby pin.

congrats on that sticky James, it’s good to have goals
since you offer no proof at all that you have any knowledge of power lifting…
ignore

seems like diesel weasel's 'friends' don't know what they are doing to his lower back by encouraging him to lift on the way he does. they are out now anyways it seems  here's another vid:

Youtube description: "He goes out of his way to show that he can use poor form on every lift ever invented by mankind. He manages to turn this exercise into a full body workout that involves the spine, abs and legs as well. He arches his back so much it actually becomes a flat bench press. A dumbbell is close to crushing his skull during the last rep."

This has been going on for too long, I’ll have to sing it :

“They see me Trollin’, they hatin’,
Con-Trollin’, they wanna get me talking shi-tty,
Wanna get me talkin’ shitty, wanna get me talking shitty,
Wanna get me talkin’ shiii-tty…”

Listen dude, I agree with you about Max’s former and recent bad form on lifts.

You’ve made your point, you told all the facts you had (bad position, osteo-articular danger, bad example for beginners…), you sold us your metaphors(?) about flying discs and herniated whatsoevers.

And I couldn’t miss the fact that you’ve pissed yourself about three times in this thread already.

People read your comments, and answered as they felt. What I see is that you keep the flame on against this guy, for no other (new) reason. LET IT GO! This is internet, you can’t make a better point than this. Also, the fact you bring about bb.com agreeing with you doesn’t change a thing, it just bothers people even more.

So, for the second and last time, LET IT GO! If you’re trolling, stop. If you’re not, well, discuss it in bb.com, as it aint’ going nowhere in T-Nation…

Cheers mate

For arguments sake and for some strange reason I can still read your posts, he is pushing himself pretty hard to get that last rep. How many guys, let alone you do that? Most guys push 8 reps when they really can hit 12.

I’m done with this now. It’s a joke. If there was a way to ignore threads, I would.

Thorpughet: i'm just replying to comments that are made towards me in the thread that I created. it's always a challenge to convince people. and of course it bothers people that the largest lifting board in the world agrees with me because it creates a twitch in the brain for some people here: 'i don't agree with him but the largest lifting board in the world does - WTF? am i wrong or is the largest lifting board in the world wrong?'

so terrible and mind numbing I just had to watch… why oh why would someone put up videos of themselves doing this and see other videos of people who actually know what they are doing and think that they are accomplishing anything?

They stickied it on BB.com because the majority of people there are 18yr old. 157lb nut hugging losers like yourself. They will watch videos like Max’s old ones and laugh to make themselves feel good about the fact that someone is doing something they cant, but with form that is not what they read it should be.

Do everyone a favor, pull up your pants, clean yourself up, back away from the key board and sign off.

ok let's get this straight.

1: i made a similar topic on bb.com and the moderators made it an instant sticky topic that gets around 1000-2000 unique views per day at the moment - that board is a couple times bigger than this one and has way more expertise around so i'm not the only one who thinks diesel weasel / maxbm has a shitty form.[/quote]

Shut the fuck up about BB.com

  1. BlackLabel - I love your avatar! great idea!

  2. jamesbidon - im getting pretty dang tired of you using apostrophes and slashes together every time you write something. either calm down while you are trying to write your “witty” responses or go learn english grammar again.

“All the topicz at BB.com that I’/ve made, they’/ve started to wurshop me! It’/s like the best thing evar!!!”

the slash is because of my browser, it sometimes appears when i use '.

first: i understand it’s hard for you if your personal opinion differs with the opinion of the largest lifting board in the world.

second: as i said already, i should probably not have posted here since most people here think like ‘the more plates on the bar, the better’ and don’t care about form - i myself am more interested in form and therefore i adressed the wrong audience with my videos so i’m SORRY about that.

p.s.: i made only one topic there and it’s an instant classic.

how do you use that ignore button again…?

one by one i fight off the people who justify lifting with a back rounded as a scorpion’s tail

bobby pin

Waaay to painful to watch.

People don’t give a shit about the plates on a barbell but the intensity with which they left. Yes DW at that point had possibly the worst deadlift form known to mankind and I laughed at the videos as well but I couldn’t deny even then he had heart. To now pull (well) a deadlift over 3x bodyweight and top twenty in his weight in the COUNTRY, which is more than 99% of those mocking him (including myself) can, well to mock him like BB seems to show envy. I think when I was lurking there once there was a poll whether you would have Bruce Lee or Ronnie Coleman’s body and it was damn close.
