Then there’s this one. Good thing she’s got the pad on.
I’ve got it. She’s wearing waaaaaaaaay too much clothing in that one. Can’t see anything.
It’s infuriating, I know.

Okay, I’m going to play this game. I realise it’s a look at the tremendously beautiful asses on the girls. This is a bit different.
What about this video makes me want to punch her in the face?

hahaha
You sir, are not only a beautiful set of traps, you are s.m.r.t.
I still think I’ll punch her in the face. She probably even has a great ass with that retarded squat too.
I think I need some cheerful pills.

It pisses you off that the only reason she is accepted is for her looks, not for her actually presenting anything of value to anyone. Those videos are just prime examples of that.

The truth is it pisses me off that she’s showing off a t-shirt that says ‘Lift freakin’ heavy or go freakin’ home.’ The shirt is great and I think I want one but she’s squatting one rep of 90lbs on a smith machine after which she prances over to highlight the fact that she’s wearing the shirt.
If she didn’t do that with the shirt my reaction would be ‘meh, whatever.’
I think I need a life.
my reaction to her doing the lightweight squats was
“oh my god…”
I feel like I should put up some sort of warning on this one, so you’ve been warned. It is quite an interesting warm up.

Maybe also the fact that she never reaches parallel, and for some reason she stops halfway back up. And then after doing that kind of nonsense, she highlights the “attitude”.

Her form is not shitty. There’s absolutely nothing dangerous about it, she just needs to add some more weight so her arms hang down.
Would you yell at someone for doing SLDL in olympic lifting shoes? Her heel elevation may be a bit high, but not retarded high.[/quote]
Agree with this. She maintained a good lumbar curve.

Okay missy, I think I need to know how the hell you came across that one. I couldn’t stop watching and then sequed into his other videos. In particular, was this one: - YouTube
I’ll prewarn you of the necessity to poke your eyes out after viewing.
It’s like it’s saying “hello”
Quote from her Bodyspace:
“Good mornings with a heel raise. One of my favorite LIGHT weight high rep exercises for low back and ham/glute tie in.”
At first I watched this…
Then I found a related video…
And then I followed it further…
(Skip the first part)
I’m breathing kind of heavy now. Probably wouldnt be a good idea to watch any more of this before todays training, as I’d:
- Either have to walk around in fear of my pants getting ripped apart by the little General in my pants.
- Or I’d have to relieve myself before training and that makes my lifts suck balls (I get tired).
Damnnnnnn, this shit is hot
