I find this strange because I have been diagnosed with a anxiety disorder and the lifting keeps me balanced
imo, itās just overthinking about every little details, form issues, nutrition, what about cortisol? what about this, what about that? what if⦠but im possitive
im going to look for yoga classes. i also used to do fencing and loved it. tennis is also cool. i think i tried it once and might also look into it again. other than this i tried different sports and what really gets me is weights. especially the discipline i need to make for it. but i also need to stop overthinking stuff too much about it
