Hey guys, I’ve been following this site for a while and have always found it to be a great resource. I never bothered posting in the past because I don’t really like computers, but I really need some help.
I’m 23 years old, 6’0, 205 lbs, naturally athletic. I always trained clean, and mostly did so because I always enjoyed physical activity. I also model so I have to be careful about my size.
Long story short, my “little” brother is 21, and I think between 185 and 190. He’s in great shape and people always tell him that, but he told me recently he’s going to start M1T this coming Monday.
I researched it and it seems like terrible stuff, albeit it seems to produce results. He’s a stubborn kid and will not do what I tell him, but I think he’s going to do it wrong.
His plan is to take 10 mg pills after breakfast and before bed each day for two weeks. AND THAT’S IT.
I’m coming to you guys for advice, I know things like these are not normally so simple, he told me to “come down” from it he was planning on taking 5 mg in the morning and at night slowly reducing his dosage. Is what he’s planning on doing correct?
We grew up fatherless so I’ve always sort of raised him and looked out for him, I don’t want anything bad to happen and I feel like he’s doing it to impress me.
I plan on printing this page off and showing him before he starts hoping to either change his mind or at least make sure he does it safely.
sorry bro…don’t have any experience with M1T…I think all the designer crap and prohormones are a waste of time and money. you might as well do the real deal if you are going to risk your health. at least you know you are going to get results and you know what you are going to have to do for recovery.
I am sure that you will find someone that can help you out with a proper protocal for it but like I said before I wouldn’t bother with it.
If he hasn’t come close to maxing out his natural potential he may be limiting himself by messing with his hormones at 21.
If he’s smart he will get himself some protien, fish oil, multivit, and maybe some creatine. I got good results with Carbolin 19 and it has absolutely zero side effects except for a bit of brochodilation. The only other key ingredient is lifting heavy and lifting often.
It sounds to me like he’s at least going to be smart about the dosing and short taper. M1T is very toxic stuff, which is why most everyone avoids it. Especially considering that it is illegal now, he might as well get other illegal orals that provide the same results with less toxicity. However, if he’s intent on doing M1T then I would not run it for more than four weeks. The side effects are pretty harsh: very high blood pressure, extreme lethargy, stress on liver.
When I took M1T it did produce insanely great results, though it was the first supplement I ever took. When I was done the strength dropped a little, though I retained a lot of it. However, the size I gained quickly disappeared. I also remember my urine being very dark and brownish. So as I said, I would rather take d-bol or something else now.
To make a long story short, if he doesn’t care about the harsh sides then let him go for it. Provided he’s relatively healthy and has a good diet he won’t suffer any permanent damage with four weeks of use.
I don’t want him doing ANYTHING, but he seems set on M1T because I guess he has it already, and he keeps saying “It’s not a steroid”, “if people ask me if I ever tried steroids, I can say no”.
So he’ll be okay with just taking 20 mg a day and ramping down after two weeks? I thought there would have been alot more to it then that. He’s still in school and from what I’ve read the “lethargic” feeling you get is pretty unbearable. I just don’t want him to be KO’d and flunk out, especially since I’m paying for half of his education.
Thanks for the information so far, you guys really know your shit!
