Form maybe got a little loose during second set. Still felt good and powerful. Like I had plenty left. I am skeptical but curious about this HFT. I mean I was doing about 50 pullups every other day, and now Im doing just over 10 almost every day. Doesnt feel like it should be effective but I dont think I ever got 8 before…
in recent memory anyway. I got up to 11 at a time back in the glory days.
had to use a crap swing set cause Im dogsitting away from home base. Couldnt get a good grip cause the gauge of the piping was too thick. Also had to sneak into a park after dark and I was nervous about getting raped by hobos or hassled by cops. No warmup or anything, at least I got some in.
No big shocker there. Moderate drinking, serious arm wrestling complete with cramping lats (1 for 2 against my brother but I’m gaining on him), house painting all day.
I welcome criticism but honestly until you’ve had a crippling injury that flares every time you squat or deadlift you don’t understand.
Trying to jump the posterior chain to activate lats and pull back shoulders. I think it has helped a little bit with glut and hamstring activation also. Soon I will focus solely on that.
Stalled a bit with my pullups. Trying high frequency training until the end of next week with thick grip and strict form.
