You know, there are 50 Y/O women on here who don’t get called ma’am.
You’re dead to me.
Sorry about your knee though… ok, now you’re dead to me.

I had a woman of about 50 SCREAM at me at a bar for calling her ma’am when I was taking a brief break from hitting on her younger friend. I guess she was feeling a little sensitive about her age.
So sorry, Ma’am, thats just the way I talk. and type.
Now you’re comparing me to a jealous, bitter, 50 Y/O. Quit while you’re behind ![]()
if the shoe fits…
but srsly nikki. Enjoying your pics. I’d say your chest is your strong point, everything else is lagging.
MIlitary press. 81 lbs. x 28?
10,6,4,6,2
Legs, ass, trunk and back tight = more reps.
Now for a dip in the pool.
Hey buddy- good stuff. Where did you get your articles from the first page on ankle, hip and shoulder stuff? I don’t have an SMF routine, and I could really use yours as i cannot touch my toes right now

totally a complement. Just cause your chest is most impressive doesnt mean the rest of you isn’t fine.

Yeah I went through all the bulletproof articles on the body repair section of the site but a lot of it is sort of instinctive after you get the basic principles. I think if you search cressey and foam rolling on youtube some good stuff comes up.
You also gotta pick up your implements of self-torture. A good broomstick is useful, an assortment of balls of various hardnesses from tennis ball, to racquet ball to pool ball.
Good luck. It hurts a lot but its worth it I think.
EDIT: Also the force couples article on the same section I believe. It might give you an indication of your particular imbalances that are leading to and causing tightness/inefficient recruitment of things like your hammys.
Hilary Clinton is kinda hot.

You said that the rest was lagging… but yes, I’m flattered ![]()

If by any chance you mean Chelsea I can get behind that.
Not to say that all older broads arent attractive. I’d probably still have a go at Jane Seymour. Fran Drescher.
Omg, Fran Drescher would get the business for sure.
“Oh hey Nikki. We’re going to talk about doing old women now. You’re no longer needed in this discussion.”
“Oh okay, see you guys later”

Yes sir. These are the ones. I had a good SMR session today and I realized that I read these a long time ago and now, some ten weeks later I am progressing in my ability to find and releive pain. Is just like working on your squat form. The more you do it the better you get, and the better the rewards will be in the end.
Now going back to these articles I’m spotting a lot of things I missed while I was still acquiring the basic concepts.
