Thanks man I’m excited, honestly there is no set in stone plan, just gonna keep getting bigger and stronger until we decide the right moment (We both agree it could be in the tank right now), could be 2 weeks from now, could be at the ass end of the year!
Me and my coach have strayed away from numbers and time constraints and basically just set out to focus on getting bigger this year, so if there comes a point where we can fool around and find out, that’ll be when.

Honestly a lot of cool shit happening with training right now. Feels like this body isn’t even mine! The weights I’ve once viewed as heavy sets or even intimidating weights are all routine weights that move fast as lightning! Loving the way training has been trending recently.
Already planning to compete again July 24th after I graduate, it’ll be nice having a prep without school being in the equation. Event list looks sick too, gonna be competing in the <200 open.

Event 3: Max Log Clean & Press (Hoping to tick off my 300+ log goal here)

Overall a solid day, this is a transition week, first time using a jerk with the log since comp. Some small kinks to workout mainly with the catch, foot position isn’t consistent and elbow is liking to buckle to a small degree on catch. Nothing a few more log sessions won’t fix. Some positives is that the Isometric and strict press work I’d done in prior blocks is paying off hugeeee in my pressing, specifically with the rack position. Aside from getting used to belt pressure again on log, 240lbs felt relatively light. Definitely feeling confident for Max Log in July.
