Hey guys haven’t been in this forum a while but have been really wanting to get my act together with supplements…I know how to eat a lot and I’m always eating so there’s no problem in that department (just a matter of making better food combinations {P+C and P+F})
So foods not an issue…just that I’m training hard all the time and well want to fuel my body properly using pre peri and post workout nutrition.
For a guy like me I do 3 INTENSE weight training sessions a week…which needs lots of fuel for pre peri and post. (then boxnig and muay thai on all other days). That means I would have intense pre peri and post workout nutrition on those days…and something easier on the other days as I can’t really take in anything before boxing or muay thai unless I want to vomit my brains out. After it’s a good to go.
Now I read a few thread on it, and MEYMZ told me about Questions about peri-workout nutrition with CT thread.
Currently I take fish oils throughout the day, and some regular protein powder that i know is of good quality.
So since I’m new to this I’m not sure how much of what is bullshit or not. I’m not a bullshit type of guy and don’t want to be fed it, I don’t think CT is a bullshit type of guy either…but there’s something suspicious about Alpha-GPC to me. I mean I have taken Power Drive before and didn’t feel any effects, I know others have. I guess it just didn’t work with me…but I really enjoyed the taste of it haha.
So I’d like some real opinons about Alpha-GPC…I will give a try I GUESS lol but still not 100% sure of it.
Also I have 50lbs worth of good protein powder at my house, and 10lbs of BCAA’s
So here goes my plan. (with some budgeting).it’d be nice to get some of the authors to chime in as well
Pre workout - 60 min before - Alpha-GPC 2 caps.
Pre workout 30min before - 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel
Pre workout 15min before - 1/2 scoop protein powder I have at my house + dextrose 75g.
During workout - Un-sure? I was thinking Leucine 5g’s with other 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Post workout 15min - 1 scoop protein powder + 5g’s creatine + 15-20gs BCAA’s.
60min after - 1 scoop protein powder.
Of course the creatine I have I don’t load or unload I just take 5-10g’s everyday.
I was thinking of doing this loading thing though…like I said before guys kinda new to this.
But shouldn’t that be enough creatine. I read the recommendation for Biotest’s creatine…4-5 times through the day during loading. But is that taken everyday?
