Workout Music

When you are a couple miles into your hike with a couple more to go, it is 90+ degrees with high humidity and you have 40 pounds strapped to your back, nothing puts the spring back in your step like Staying Alive by the BeeGees.

its right there in your id - Magma

just about any will do

Kohntarkosz
Mekanik Destructiw Kommandoh
De Futura

these are about as intense as any music gets - just be careful your head doesnt explode!

Coldplay, Lifehouse and Train are all really good for post-workout static stretches.

I used to listen to various rock and some hip-hop. Then, a few weeks ago I bought the UFC “Ultimate Beatdowns Vol. 1 Metal” and have the most intense cool workouts of my life… They need to make a Vol. 2 before I fizzle out.
But seriously, it’s a great CD.

The band Hostility is a good one, also Sinai Beach. I never li\ft without some Pantera or HateBreed either. Also Blood for Blood, They make me want to smash something.
