Working Out while Rehabing Shoulder on Cycle

So I been having problems with my shoulders for years. I decided to pin after taking 6 months off as soon as my shoulder got better pin!!! It was popping painfully for 6 weeks, hurt to sleep on it, raise it above my head. Before that a recuring lower left trap injury keep recuring if I even did 1 pullup it would bring that fucking lower back left trap pain back for months.

The r shoukder that was popping also gave my upper trap pain(neck area that was really uncomfortable. As soon as i was pain free I pinned and started lifting light. Im firm believer that your better off working out on steroids than not doing so. Im on day 14 of my cycle. I have another thread under pharma with up to date pics traking my progress as of so far.

I suspect that I have created a muscle imblance in my shoulders over years and years of exersice and im convinced that a cycle is the only way to address the issue and correct the imbalance. I am pain free no clicking, no popping, shoulders feel great. Im focusing on face pulls and seated rows to try and build up my weaker muscels that are weak and out of balance.

I believe upon succession of my pct I will have fixed the muscle imbalane in my shoulder, loss a shitload of bodyfat and gained a fuckload of muscle on cycle. Day 15 today im pain free and any pains or aches seems to dissapear after I fall asleep and wake back up. My only regret is i didnt do this sooner

Steroids definitely do help you to be able to train with a chronic injury. Joints just feel better whilst on.

One thing I did notice in your other post is that you are unable to do chin ups due to pain and are lacking lat development. Face pulls as you have found out are helpful for pre/rehabbing.

A major point of many shoulder issues is not activating the scapulae properly, getting them to go wide, back, and down before the arms follow. This can lead to impingement of the tendons around your shoulder.
From photos in another post, your arms are a dominant bodypart ,which suggests they may be doing more than their fair share in back exercises. Getting access to a lat pulldown machine would be valuable if chins are causing pain, you can use less weight and focus on form.
For dumbbell rows initiate the move from the scapula, not the dumbbell.

Hey thanks for the positive feed back brother
