Just thought I’d share my last workout

Block 1 - Chest
Chest Press (10-10-10)
1 Rep Dip

Block 2 - Back
Seated Row (10-10-10)
1 Rep Chin

Block 3 - Shoulders / Traps / Neck
Lateral Raise (10-10-10)

Block 4 - Legs
Leg Press (30-30-30)
Leg Curl (30-30-30)

The whole workout took less than 25 minutes
