God yes. And I’m not even violent! But that one pushes me right over the edge.

Beck and call. I argued for years that it was beckoned call, but was proved wrong.
Obligated. Sounds really odd to me.

Oh, that one makes my stomach hurt.
I was out about a year ago and I started hanging out w/ this group of NZ girls that would yell out YOLO!!! every 10 min. and give each other high fives… wasn’t annoying so much as humorous.
“That’s Jokes”
“White girls be miley cyrusing”
“Yo run me a dolla”
“Linx me a stogie, deuce dowg”
Any other hoodrat slang lol. Or professional jargon
" lets debrief on the conversation we just had."
" do you have the 4th quarter numbers from twenty years ago"
“holy mackinaw”
“Any retardism from honeyboo boo that is quoted in daily life”
For all intensive purposes…
That being said, I also dislike it when they say it correctly.
I also hate the swapping of “literally” and “figuratively”. It makes me figuratively want to kill everyone who literally uses them incorrectly.
Had a roommate that after a night of drinking would sit down and say “omg okay let’s recap.”
“Wicked” as in “that clam chowda was wicked good”
“Hella” as in “that clam chowder was hella dope”
When girls greet each other with that high pitched “hey girl!”
“omg”
“do you even lift” its not funny, especially coming from those that do not get off the couch
“no offense”
“that’s retarded”

I’m gonna jump out a window…from the first floor…from an open window…Jackie Chan I’m not.[/quote]
“and whatnot”
" ya know"
I hate these sayings and they are everywhere.
Using these phrases drops you 100 IQ points.
jnd
“I could care less” when they clearly meant to say “I couldn’t care less”.
This is a predominantly American thing but I have heard at least one English person say it and it makes no bloody sense!!
yolo
fitness
hashtag
wod
amrap
metcon
ass to grass
You better not say any of that shit Derek.
It like doesn’t really bother me what other people say, like to each their own.

No, it makes sense. It’s short for “I COULD care less, but it would be hard.”
Requires a certain amount of sarcasm and contempt to make sense.

How about, “That’s retarded,” spoken in a boston accent? So more like, “That’s rataaaaded.”
to each their own

You’d have to say the whole thing, then. Otherwise, no. Unacceptable.

I have to disagree. I am so sarcastic I don’t even know I am doing it half the time and most people that say, “I could care less”, don’t have an IQ high enough to be giving that credit.
Second for me is filler words such as; like, um, of, a, a, a. If you didn’t take the time to think about what you are saying why should I listen to you? You’re wasting everyone’s time!
It used to be “a” when I was younger but “like” has taken over and its a plague on society. If people have more than 1 like in a sentence my brain stops listening to them and I count the “likes” and try to fit them into an equation that would quantify their lack of self confidence.

I don’t understand any of this besides Honey Boo Boo being a television show.
You need a new job or friends or just move in general…
