That sounds vaguely racist…
Lol, only if you hold them sideways!

its not you, its me

I always give 110%…

How can you give more than 100%?
Good point but I think saying 110% is forgivable. Plenty say “150%” and that shit is annoying.

ONE THOUSAND AND FITY PERCENT, that’s what I’ll give to make this sale happen, mister. Because I believe this is the right car for you, and I wanna see you driving it. Yessir!

I think if we were all honest, most of the time we’d have to admit that we give anywhere from 20-90%, depending. But it doesn’t sound very enthusiastic, does it? I can’t imagine that a boss type would want to hear me say that I give approximately 75% of the effort I could give, but that seems to easily get the job done. (Here I’m speaking of administrative tasks, not my direct service to people.)

-ish added to time. Ex. around 2ish.

I kind of roll my eyes every time a lifter says, “blood, sweat, and tears.”

Neurologically speaking, the only time anyone gives 100% is during a tonic-clonic seizure.

I question that, as other systems shut down for the duration.

This has to be in here already.

“I could care less.” It means the exact opposite of the message trying to be conveyed when you say that.

I can’t stand twitterverse, just sayin’, like, I Heart You, yolo, BFF, baby daddy, cut off your nose to spite your face, conversate, doin’ me, wolf it, it’s always in the last place you look, Sweet, Dude!, don’t get it twisted, You rock!, shut your piehole, sets my teeth on edge, comfort food, seriously, stoked, awesome sauce, and 24/7.

I admit that I’m guilty of using a variety of annoying words and phrases, just not those!
