So insecure.Very controlling, run!
“By the By” I dont understand what this means it sounds stupid. Does it mean I am by the Bisexual; I dont know what else it could mean.

Why can’t a man be more like a woman?
Impatient and hard to please, that’s what you are, Em.
Men are becoming more and more like women every year, and you still aren’t satisfied.
Impatient, definitely, hard to please not at all.
But I was joking. You realize that, right?
Yes.
Though after leading through the (what is it up to now, seventy-five?) pages of the “afraid of commitment” thread, I get the feeling that you may be just a teeny bit hard to please.
Emotionally, I mean. Not necessarily sexually.

And just now, at 7:10, he texted “Hmmmmm.”
You take back what you said! }:-|
You mean when I said that men are becoming more like women? Not a chance.
When I said that you are hard to please emotionally? We’ll see.

These weren’t so much Texans as guys from big cities, in general.
Worst were some mid-stream guys in the Eagleford Shale play (not really my area, but I know the people) who were trying to get me to get crews down to drill near their not-yet-built-pipelines.
One investment banker from NYC/Minnesota/Dallas in Italian shirts, $300 jeans, and pointy Tony Lama boots kept saying “that dog don’t hunt.” I think he weighed 110lbs soaking wet, and was about 5 feet tall. He thought he was so fucking charming. I almost killed him on principle.

Not sure I understand. Gayness never really crossed my mind, not even in Afganistan where the Haji quietly offer to suck your dick every day.
For the record, I’m not a pagan. Our entire tribe is either Catholic, Baptist, or fundamentalist Christian of some kind. Girls do spirit dance shit for the stupid tourists.

It’s supposed to be “by the bye”
by the = next to
bye = secondary matter
It means what the person is saying is a bit of a hijack off the main point.

I sold one company already and this would have been arguably within a non-compete at the time. (My lawyer said I was fine, but that it would be a lawsuit.)
Plus, I’ve got 30 rigs/workover rigs owned free and clear right now. I really have more than I can do with eastern NM/West Texas. I’d have had to hire a manager I trust because it’s just hard to get to essentially Corpus from NM.
I have put frac crews to work in the Eagleford because the capital was low and it doesn’t require a lot of supervision. So the idiots can be on meth and still get the job done.

What makes you think that you have any say in this.
The university of Ottawa (?) has decided that if you were to swing both ways you are 2 spirited and whatnot.

I was thinking toddler, but no, he’s a grown man with his own place, a truck, a car, couple boats, and 11 guns. And a really gorgeous, lovable retriever.

Yes, a really gorgeous, lovable retriever. Should I steal her?
Although he’s got all those guns and he very much likes the dog.

Most recent prospect was texting me day and night and saying things that didn’t make any sense given our two week acquaintanceship. He was also pouty when I wasn’t immediately available. I seriously never went an hour without having to respond to him. Ignoring texts just prompted a call. I just counted, and I’ve had 17 texts from him so far today. It’s 4:00.

Unacceptable.
I have to agree with Joe here, Em. 17 texts + phone calls by 4:00 pm is a bit outta hand.
It’s not quite 7 am. He texted good morning at 5:29, which I answered, then three more texts by 6:30, which I ignored, then a call at 6:45, which I ignored. This after I told him two days ago that things were too intense for me and specifically that blowing up my phone when I’ve said I’m tired and going to sleep is unacceptable and I think we’re not for each other because I’m probably “too independent” for him, which is a joke, because I’m not independent at all. How he knew I’d be up at 5:30 is that I’d said I have an early meeting today in addition to my long drive. Does that not suggest that I’m busy?
I don’t think I’m too picky. ![]()
