Most of my direct supervisors have been women, and with one exception I have liked and respected them all. My current supervisor is amazing. She is intelligent, fair, compassionate and even-tempered. Men and women alike seem to appreciate her leadership style, which combines humor and respect. I’ve never heard anything bad about her.
OP, if you’re having a single negative experience with a boss I’d say it’s her. But if every single female boss does dick size comparisons? Then it’s you with the problem.

Give us more insight into the phone sex business. My wife is a teacher so she tells me all the inside scoop at the university where she’s a prof. I’m really curious about your industry though.

This doesn’t qualify as remotely humorous or inventive, so I don’t know why you still bother trying. It got old about a thousand posts ago.
